Rooom at the Leipziger Buchmesse

This year we are with rooom at the Leipzig Book Fair, which opens its doors for Germany's book rats from 21st to 24th March 2019. You can find us in Hall 2 at booth E303, next to the Knabeverlag booth. We have already equipped several books with digital content for this stand. Great performance for rooomBOOKS

In addition to our cooperation with Knabe-Verlag, we have another big thing to announce at the fair: rooomBOOKS is ready to take off! On the portal, which can be found at books.rooom.com, publishers and authors can post their books and enrich them with suitable digital AR (Augmented Reality) content. Book enthusiasts can download the additional content with the free rooomBOOKs app, which is now available for download at GooglePlay and in the Appstore, and activate it with a click. Thus, rooomBOOKS enables books to be completely rediscovered through virtual augmented reality (AR) content. Images, 3D content or entire videos can be projected over the book pages and merge with the real world to create a fascinating Mixed Reality (MR) experience.

What does the digital library have to offer?

In the rooomBOOKS library you will primarily find non-fiction books and books for children and young people. The virtual auxiliary contents help thereby information to arrange connections and also creative descriptive and memorable.
