Rooom is official supporter of the #JenaVsVirusCamp
From 14th - until 18th April 2020 the #JenaVsVirusCamp is a local counterpart to the #WirVsVirus Hackathon of the German government from last month. We at rooom AG are proud to be an official supporter of this important event. During the five days, solution ideas for five topics will be collected: Health, economy, supply, administration and education & culture. Our CEO Hans Elstner supports the project as a mentor and has also contributed with four project proposals, one of which is the PANDOA App, the basic idea of which was developed during the Hackathon of the Federal Government.

How does the camp run?
From the challenges submitted, two of which are from rooom AG, the participants choose one and develop a sketch of their ideas by 15.04. The final submission of a solution idea is made by 18.04. at 14:00. There will be a final speech at 6 pm on the same day and a first assessment of the results will be given. We are curious to see what great ideas the people of Jena and Jenenser have to counter the pandemic.
