Virtual museum tour with culture at home

Digitize an entire city? That sounds like a big task, but the Corona crisis makes it a necessary challenge that we are ready to take on. In less than four days, employees and supporters of rooom have visualized a wide variety of buildings and destinations with our rooom360 solution.

Which facilities are already virtually available?

In less than a week, we scanned and made available a large number of museums, trip destinations and public buildings in and around Jena. You can already stroll digitally through these cultural sites:

How digital culture comes to your home

With the help of a special camera, which takes high-resolution and detailed 360° pictures of the surroundings, our photographers take pictures of the buildings. These are then transformed into an impressive 360-degree tour in less than an hour. This tour can then be interactively expanded with lots of other useful information. Once the pictures have been uploaded into the system, the tour can be easily viewed on Kultur zu Hause - virtual culture is that easy.
