How can I test rooom for free?
- You can sign up for a permanently free account to create your own 3D spaces to test and get to know our platform.
- You can try out additional features free of charge for 14 days with a trial subscription for the Starter or Pro plan.
Which plan is recommended for agencies?
Do you have a digital or event agency and want to create virtual spaces for your corporate clients? Once you have been personally onboarded, you can take on the implementation of your own projects.

Is there a minimum term for the subscriptions?
The subscription contracts cover a period of between one month, 12 months and 36 months. The longer the duration, the lower the monthly fee.
What are the payment options?
PayPal, credit card or invoice.
Are there any discounts?
The monthly fee is lower if you choose the annual billing method - saving you money in the long term (e.g. €129 instead of €143 for one year Pro licence).

What do you need for an estimate?
Information that helps us with the pricing calculation: Your click/view numbers, planned visitors in your space and an estimation of the number of parallel visitors at the same time.
